Orchestrated Tests

With all the hoo-hah going on about the Flotilla activists, one can only wonder whether this is an orchestrated litmus test by the Israeli commandos. Think about it. Before starting a global scale war, you definitely wanna know who is on your side and who can you rely on.
Here are the top 3 tests which are orchestrated to discover loyalty, and more “information” about a person.
1. Girls punya test
I’m sure many of you guys have gone through this; consciously or subconsciously.
What girls do is that they put a series of small “thermometer gauges” on how hot the situation is. Pardon the flowery lingo. Evidence of this is of course, Katy Perry’s Hot & Cold song where she tells the guy, “And you overthink, Always speak cryptically”, and climaxes at the Chorus of the song.
Actually all human beings, by nature is designed to test the waters before coming to a decision. Imagine if we didn’t have that instinct, we would have been extinct long ago. We discussed this back in cell group about having “Doubt”, whether or not “doubt” is a good evolutionary strength / weakness.
2. Malaysian Government
Classic act. Very often they implement a policy, like the education system reformation, then after some time, they’ll pull back! You can say it is a populist move; just like what most politicians do.
BREAKING NEWS: Sugar RM 3/kg, Petrol RON 95 RM 2.30/litre, Toll 60% increase immediate effect.
The very next week (just before a by-election): Ok lah, solee people, we just “testing nia….”
3. KL road drivers
Yesterday I took dad’s car for a spin to work. Bad bad bad idea.
Going to KL early in the morning was an enjoyable drive. But rush hour after work was a nightmare.
Left office at 6:15pm and reached Damansara area at 8:45pm. A 15 km journey in 2 h 30 min. That’s a threadmill speed jogging average brisk walking speed.
As drivers inch their way cutting and weaving through the traffic, I notice that many of them like to test YOUR patience. Everyone is anxious to get home after a tiring day’s work. Sometimes, it is too much lah. Especially the motorbikes.
At traffic light junctions where there’s no police officer on duty, chaos ensues. One hour after start, it was dark and I can still see my office tower along Sultan Ismail!
From now on, I kena the Phobia of KL rush hour driving. My colleague parks at KJ LRT station and willingly take the train to work.
The bible teaches of being tested by God. This person long time ago by the name of Job kena kaw kaw!! Lost his property, family members, friends. It was tough. But he persevered.
Talking of Job, WWDC is coming soon ya’ll. New iPhones where Steve Jobs claimed “You won’t be disappointed”.
