3 things I wanna share today.

1. TedXKL was awesome. I went up the Petronas Twin Towers to level 29, the Microsoft Auditorium. About 200 people turned up. And I was greatly inspired.

It reinforced what I already know through years of scouring the DSLreports forums and other broadband forums for news and industry development. This man presented it in a humorous and lively presentation.

Here are the top 5 resolutions of my website visitors:
1        1280×800        28.83%
- this is the side for typical 13 to 14″ notebooks. If your 15″ notebook runs this res, then it must be >3 years old
2        1024×768        18.95%
- visitors in the office, with old desktop computers? This is the standard for 15″ LCDs are really old 17″ LCDs. Funny though, the new Apple iPad will have this resolution because the majority of web users are on this setting.
3        1280×1024        13.76%
17″ LCDs. Some 19″ LCDs run at this resolution too.
4        1440×900        6.34%
A mid range recently new laptop will run at this widescreen format. Expect more users to be logged onto my site with this resolution.
5        1152×922        5.85%

Really odd. Looks like a buggy software report caused this. Possibly a laptop resolution. Unless it is a spider (Googlebot runs 1024×1024)!!

Lastly, looking forward for a good showing at the Reebok Stadium tonight where United meet Bolton! Exciting F1 race tomorrow in Melbourne. Hope to catch that one too!
