Top 5 things to be happy for this week

No. 5 – Why do men go to the gym? If they really wanna “work out” they’ll go to the serious small scale ones like Push More where they give intensive training ala millitary style! Guys who throng Celebrity Fitness, Fitness First only have one objective in mind ;)

ANYWAYYY… on the treadmill. Warming up at 3 kph.. a buff dude came next to me. iPod plugged in. I started jogging 7 kph. He matched me. With both of us being fat, there was a loud *thump* thump * thump * sound as we jogged. The race WAS ON!!!

10 minutes in, we both break a bit. I glanced over. He = 1.0km Me = 1.2 km…. ok, quick water break.. THUMP THUMP THUMP again.

Then he cooled off.. glanced over.. he? 18 minutes, wan tan. I did my full 20 minutes! AHHH… satisfaction to beat another dude in the gym! Seldom this happens, weih…

No. 4 – Dance class with the Brazillian “new daddy” Luciano was epic. The crowd at Subang Parade was nice. Very friendly, we had a good time doing Hip Hop!

No. 3 – Pork Mee SS15. Still as “lan si pa pai” as ever, but tastes as good. Maybe another bowl next week, mmm??

No. 2 – My cough subsided. Although intermittent but it is very much better now :) Praise GOD!!!

No. 1 – At the end of the Barclay Premier League weekend of 6th March, the standings are:

MANCHESTER UNITED – 1st – 60 pts

LIVERPOOL – 6th – 42 pts

And that’s that :D

Have a GREAT GREAT week of 7 – 13 March peeps!

What does Earthquake in Taiwan mean?

Man United down 1-2 to Sunderland

BULLETIN — EARTHQUAKE SHAKES BUILDINGS IN TAIWAN.

At 1am today, it happened.

So, how does it affect an average Ahmad, Ah Kaw, and Mutu?

1. Computer components / Tech gadgets might see price increase. Memory, hard disk, at least 10% increase over the next 2 weeks.

2. When Taiwan sneezes, the whole world catches a cold. We are over dependent on Technology.

3. Last but not least, my favourite Taiwanese sausages in Pasar Malam????? wa-wa- waaaaa……… :P

On a related note, its fun studying Geology and earthquakes. Will talk about my tremor experience while living in a 15 storey apartment in Penang once upon a time!

Lastly,

93′
And there it is. United escaped there, they were rubbish. Sunderland didn’t necessarily do enough to win, but they did play well.

You know its a Scouser writing that Soccernet commentary!

Meh, I think Arsenal and Liverpool will win big tomorrow.

Give credit where it is due

September 30th, 2009  |  Published in Blog

5 things.

1. At 6am, I woke up and checked The Internetz for my usual morning fix. Alas, my site was down. Called up Easynet Interactive and they gently informed me of the downtime at the Jaring IDC (Internet Data Center) at Bukit Jalil (Yang Wei’s torrent must be sucking all teh bandwidth). The staff was patient, and sounded abit tired (down since 3am apparently). At 8:45am, it came back on and I was informed via twitter! @myeasynet

I wonder if TM’s Datacenter goes down, how long does it take for a response? Good job, Jaring. Now I know your niche (or.. perhaps your core competency~)

2. Florentina 2 – 0 Liverpool at Italy. 6-1 over the weekend, now cocking up in a routine tapau-ing session. Props to anyone who beats Liverpool. Nuff said.

3. My team mates from Industry 1, Team B, selling sports and luxury cars. Everyone played their roles, from the master strategist, to the contingency analyst guy as well as the lady bringing us vital information and different perspective. Well disciplined, textbook bravery, executed flawlessly.

4. The SS15 night watch gang, headed by Robert. Nightly watches 9pm to midnight, gangs of volunteers walk around my housing area showing presence. Crime rate reduced, people feel more secure. Theives now have to look deeper into USJ area for makan, and… LCD TVs.

5. American TV! Gotta love the TV series from the other side of the world. New seasons of Family Guy, Cleveland, South Park, Simpsons, all pushed out at the same time. Wooot…

Now its your turn. Find 5 things you feel that credit is deserved.
