Jangling dischords

On Saturday I attended the Youth Congress 2009 held at Taylors University College organised by the Rotaract Club (Wai Cheng). We got high profile speakers like the Vinod rubber guy, Niki Cheong and Roshan (Leaderonomics). Very inspirational people.
Throughout the talk there were names like Steve Jobs, Hitler and Martin Luther King thrown around frequently. The theme was “Change” and that day I learnt a lot.
One Dance song (clubbing dance, not numa-numa dance) that I had a flashback of, was the one my Russian Dance group, PPK… “I have a Dream” [Youtube] with a sample of Martin Luther King’s speech.
“I’m not afraid of the guy with the big fists, the big brains, the big attitude, the big wallet, the big mouth, the sharp tongue. No, not at all. But I’m afraid of the guy who can influence people, who motivates the brains, who spurrs up the tough nut and who moves an army willing to sacrifice their lives for a cause. The person to be afraid of is the influencing people.”
