Maxis Malaysia scandal makes users angry (again). And when you call their customer service, the claim they have “no control over 3rd party providers”. Nothing they can do!
Since October (and many months before this) I get charged for services I don’t use: RM 10 for iFlix (streaming content) and RM 3 for caller ringtone I never consented to. I called to complain and they remove iFlix in November, but guess what? In DECEMBER they charged me again, automatically. It’s like an auto-enroll clause that I can’t escape and they (Maxis Malaysia) can get away with.
Anyone else notice this in their bill?
