Performed server support and monitoring, working with developers in Bangalore and USA. Ensure that the eCommerce and Configuration engine for Dell’s website is up and running.

Marcom Production, Dell, Penang — Jun 2012 – Dec 2012

Produced Dell’s Marketing advertisements from newspapers to e-mail advertisements. Making sure the details are accurate and in-line with Dell’s branding guidelines.

Supported the UK shift in transaction processing (trade settlements). Liaised with offices in Europe and Asia to ensure settlement occurs for corporate clients in Insurance and Fund Management sectors.

Performed video editing functions from capturing footage to editing and publishing on to our partner’s websites. Produced an episode of an investment program that aired on Pay-per-view on Singapore’s Cable TV.
